It is necessary to give a little clarification on my name. Initially I tried to get the domain name as dipakmukhopadhyay.com but it was not available. I could probably try to select some other domain name with "mukhopadhyay" as a part of it, but I did not prefer to do that as this domain name dipakmukherjee.com became available.

In my professional life I am known as Dipak Mukhopadhyay but to my personal friends and relatives,
I am known as Dipak Mukherjee. In fact both are same. In Bengali, Mukherjee and Mukhopadhyay are same. Similarly Chatterjee and Chattopadhyay, Banerjee and Bandopadhyay, Ganguly and Gangopadhyay are same. All my Educational certificates, my service names, bank accounts, official records are in the name of Dipak Mukhopadhyay. This clarification is therefore submitted as a matter of record.

The Curriculam Vitae in the next page, therefore, uses my name as DIPAK MUKHOPADHYAY.
