My In-Laws  
 
My in-laws belonged to the then Zamindar family of village Alishakanda of Subdivision "Maimansing" of District "Maimansing" of the Undivided India. Later on my in-laws got permanently settled at 141/1/5 South Sinthee Road, Calcutta - 700050

My father in law Late Sri Tarapada Roy passed away in 1987. He was a disciple of Swami Nigamandaji. He was a straight forward and simple person who could remain in the path of honesty and truthfulness.
 
 

My mother in law Late Binapani Roy passed away in 1998. She was a disciple of Sri Ramdas Babaji Maharaj of Sri Pathbari Asram, Baranagar, Kolkata. She was a lady rich with devotion to her Sri Gurudev and other Vaishnavs. She was the only child of her parents. Her Father Sri Jatindramohan Saha was a hardware merchant and was of jovial nature. Her mother Smt Kiran Bala Devi was a broadminded lady.

 

 
 
 
My eldest sister in law, Smt Rama Chaudhuri (Bardi), was married to Sri Nagen Chaudhuri (Babuda), at a very young age. Babuda has great skill in property management and I have seen many people seeking his advice in property matters. Bardi reminds me of "Bardidi" of Sharat Chandra's writings. She is greatly attached to my wife and our family. Bardi and Babuda have one son and one daughter named as Navin and Rina. Navin is a very senior officer in SAIL and stays in Rourkela in official quarter with his wife Baby Choudhuri. Navin was a brilliant student of Presidency College, Kolkata. Rina is married to Sri Vijay Poddar who is a developer cum builder in Kolkata.

 
My eldest brother-in-law Sri Banishankar Roy used to stay at 141/1/5 South Sinthee Road, Calcutta - 700050. He passed away in 2004.

Sri Banishankar was a person who had the capacity to be befriended with anybody. He loved playing cards, particularly "Bridge". He is survived by his wife Mrs Gita Roy, Son Sri Banajit Roy, daughters Smt Sujata Saha, and Smt Sutapa Das and their families.
 
My second brother-in-law Sri Pranshankar Roy stays at 141/1/5 South Sinthee Road, Calcutta - 700050 with his wife Smt Mira Roy, daughter Ms Aditi Roy and son Sri Prabudhdha Roy, who is an Engineer. Sri Pranshankar retired as a Manager from Dena Bank, Kolkata.
   
 
My third brother-in-law Sri Subhas Roy stays at Abhishek Apartment, Baguhati, Kolkata. His wife Smt Deepali Roy loves cooking of new delicious dishes. His son Sri Supreme Roy is attached to various business houses in Kolkata.
